Paddle handles all payments. Our payment processing is managed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Paddle is the legal seller of the Service to you and independently collects and processes your payment and billing information. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card numbers, bank details, or other payment credentials.
When you make a purchase, Paddle collects your billing information (name, email, payment method, billing address) directly. This data is governed by Paddle's Privacy Policy, not ours. Paddle may also collect information necessary for tax compliance, fraud prevention, and regulatory obligations in their capacity as Merchant of Record.

We do not operate a permanent database for meeting content. Your audio and form data passes through our workflow infrastructure and is not stored beyond the processing window required to generate your output.
Your account profile (name, email, company, usage count) is stored in our authentication system for as long as you maintain an account. You may request deletion of your account at any time.
