By accessing or using QUOTE ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including free trial users and paid subscribers.

All purchases are processed by Paddle. Subscriptions to QUOTE are sold by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Paddle is the legal seller of the Service to you. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service and Paddle's Privacy Policy.
Paddle collects and processes all payment information, issues invoices, handles tax obligations, and manages subscription billing on our behalf. We do not have access to your payment credentials. Any billing disputes, invoice requests, or payment-related queries should be directed to Paddle via paddle.net.
Paddle may apply taxes (VAT, GST, or sales tax) to your purchase based on your billing address, in their capacity as Merchant of Record. The applicable tax will be shown at checkout before you confirm payment.
QUOTE is an AI-powered meeting minutes tool designed for architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) professionals. The Service allows you to upload meeting audio recordings and receive structured, editable meeting minutes as output.
The Service uses third-party AI infrastructure (including Google Gemini) to process audio and generate output. Results are produced automatically and should be reviewed before distribution. QUOTE does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any generated output for any particular purpose, including legal or contractual use.
New accounts receive one free meeting minutes generation, with no credit card required. The free trial is limited to one submission per account. Attempting to create multiple accounts to circumvent this limit is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
Paid plans are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled. Current pricing is:
Prices are subject to change. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increase to active subscribers by email before the change takes effect.
Your subscription is managed through Paddle. You can cancel at any time via your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period -- you retain access until that date.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. The Firm plan includes a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of first subscription. Starter plan subscribers may request a refund within 7 days of their first charge if the Service does not perform as described. Refunds are processed through Paddle in their capacity as Merchant of Record.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent from meeting participants before recording and uploading audio to the Service.
You retain ownership of all audio recordings and content you upload. By uploading to the Service, you grant us a limited, temporary licence to process your content solely for the purpose of generating your requested output. This licence ends when processing is complete.
Audio files are not permanently stored. As described in our Privacy Policy, recordings are processed in transit and deleted. The structured output (your meeting minutes) is returned to you and stored in your account workspace.
You are responsible for the content of audio you upload. Do not upload recordings that contain highly sensitive personal data (e.g. medical or financial information) without considering the data handling implications described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service, including its design, software, and underlying technology, is the property of Blosrr and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.
The structured output generated by the Service from your audio is considered your work product. We do not claim ownership of your meeting minutes.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated output will be accurate or complete. You use the Service at your own risk.
In particular, QUOTE is a productivity tool to assist with drafting meeting minutes -- it is not a substitute for professional legal, contractual, or documentation advice. Always review generated output before distributing it as an official record.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blosrr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or errors in AI-generated output, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Paddle for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, particularly the Acceptable Use provisions. Where possible, we will provide notice before termination and an opportunity to remedy the breach.
On termination, your access to paid features will end. Account data (name, email, usage history) may be retained for a reasonable period in line with our Privacy Policy before deletion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the jurisdiction in which Blosrr operates.
