We want you to be confident trying QUOTE. If it doesn't deliver value, we don't want your money. This policy sets out when and how you can get a refund.
Short version: Request a refund within 14 days of your purchase or most recent renewal. Email [email protected] or contact Paddle directly at paddle.net. That's it.
All payments for QUOTE are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who acts as the Merchant of Record. This means Paddle is the legal seller and the entity that charges your payment method. Refunds are issued by Paddle, not directly by us.
You can request a refund either by contacting us or by contacting Paddle directly through their buyer support portal at paddle.net. Either way, the refund is processed through Paddle.
You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 14 calendar days of your initial subscription purchase date or within 14 calendar days of your most recent subscription renewal.
This aligns with Paddle's standard refund window. Final refund decisions are made by Paddle in accordance with their Checkout Buyer Terms, but we will always support legitimate refund requests made within this window.
Send a refund request to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address you used to subscribe. Alternatively, you can request a refund directly through Paddle's buyer support at paddle.net.
If you contact us directly, we will confirm receipt within 1 business day and initiate the refund through Paddle. No questions asked within the 14-day window.
Refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. You will receive a confirmation email from Paddle once the refund has been issued.
Upon processing your refund, your subscription will be cancelled immediately and your access to the Service will end. You will receive a confirmation email from Paddle once the refund has been issued.
If you cancel your subscription outside the 14-day refund window, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent periods, but the remaining paid period is non-refundable.
To cancel, visit your Paddle billing portal at paddle.net or email us and we will cancel on your behalf.
If you experience a technical failure that prevents you from using the Service -- for example, the workflow fails to process your audio and you receive no output -- please contact us at [email protected]. We will investigate and, where the fault is on our end, we will work with Paddle to offer a remedy which may include a credit, re-processing, or refund.
Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, their Checkout Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase. Paddle reserves the right to refuse refund requests where they find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour.
